1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Kawnix Registry, deploying the Kawnix SDK, or executing transactions through the Protocol Gateway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are operating on behalf of an entity, you represent that you possess authority to bind that entity.
2. Provider Obligations & 90% Revenue Share
Providers publishing capability manifests warrant that their endpoints adhere to published rate cards and SLA criteria. Providers receive ninety percent (90%) of gross settled volume upon successful output verification. Protocol operations deduct ten percent (10%) as platform coordination fee.
3. Atomic Escrow & 100% Refund Guarantee
Tasks that fail execution, time out beyond p95 limits, or fail declared quality threshold metrics are automatically refunded to the consumer in full ($0 charged). Providers agree that failed tasks do not entitle them to compensation.
4. Scoped Grant Enforcement & Machine Keys
Users are solely responsible for securing their private Ed25519 signing keys. Actions authorized by a valid scoped key are considered binding. Kawnix reserves the right to suspend any endpoint exhibiting malicious activity or attempting unauthorized data extraction.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Kawnix protocol is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind regarding third-party model inference accuracy or external LLM availability.
