1. Zero Payload Retention Principle

Kawnix operates on a strict zero-payload model. Task inputs, model execution buffers, and sensitive customer outputs are processed inside your BYO runtime or provider-hosted environment. Kawnix control servers store only transaction metadata: invocation IDs, units consumed, outcome verification status, and Ed25519 signatures.

2. Information Collected

• Account Credentials: Email addresses, hashed passwords, public wallet addresses (USDC settlement), and developer profile metadata.
• API Keys & Keypairs: Public Ed25519 verification keys used to sign receipts and validate scoped grants.
• Protocol Ledger Entries: Aggregated billing metrics, token/invocation counts, and audit receipts required for escrow settlement.

3. Cryptographic Audit Proofs

All settlement operations generate verifiable receipts with SHA-256 Merkle root hashes. These audit proofs are public to the transacting parties for dispute verification and reconciliation.

4. Third-Party Settlement Processors

Credit card payments are processed securely via Stripe. Blockchain settlements (USDC) are conducted on public EVM networks. Kawnix does not store raw credit card numbers or private seed phrases.
